Arnot Ogden Medical - Horseheads Campus

Fagan Engineers provided services for the Arnot Ogden Medical Center .  This involved the medical office campus and assisted living complex in the Town of Horseheads , New York .  This project included: 

• Generated an outboundary and topographic survey of the project parcels.
• Prepared a drainage plan in accordance with the Town of Horseheads guidelines and typical engineering standards.
• Prepared site, utility, landscaping and grading plans.
• Coordinated with local utilities companies for the proposed locations of their services.
• Completed the Long Environmental Assessment From – In accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Act and assisted with the Town review process.
