CCSD #1 - BF/HH Sanitary Interceptor

Chemung County , in conjunction with the construction of a new off-ramp for Interstate 86 east of the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport, planned and implemented the construction of a sanitary sewer interceptor serving the Colonial Drive and Hickory Grove Drive area of Big Flats (Phases 1 & 2).  Future phases will be extended along Colonial Drive in the Town of Horseheads .  Phases 1 and 2 include:  

• 300 L.F. of 21-inch Diameter Sewer

• 400 L.F. of 15-inch Diameter Sewer

• 1,350 L.F. of 12-inch Diameter Sewer

• 4,550 L.F. of 8-inch Diameter Sewer

• 380 L.F. of 6-inch Diameter Sewer

• 25-4 Ft. Diameter Precast Concrete Manholes
