Fagan Engineers is a civil and environmental engineering firm with a successful track record of cost-effective project implementation.  Located in Elmira , New York , of the Southern Tier Finger Lakes Region of the State, Fagan Engineers offers a broad base of planning, design, survey, construction management and operational expertise.  In the past twenty-three years, Fagan Engineers has been involved in over 3,000 projects ranging from single structure environmental audits for the private sector, to detailed design and construction management services of multi-million dollar projects for public sector agencies. 

 Fagan Engineers, founded in 1984 by Dennis A. Fagan, P.E. has grown to a carefully integrated staff of approximately 20 full-time and 2 part-time people.  The firm includes five professional engineers/licensed land surveyors, three senior engineering technicians, three graduate engineers, four engineering technicians, three draftsmen with extensive CAD experience and a well-qualified administrative staff.  Based on the requirements of each project, a "Project Team" is carefully selected, taking full advantage of each individual's specific background and experience.  This practice, combined with our personal and direct approach to our clients' needs, complimented by our state-of-the-art computer capabilities, has led to consistent creative, successful and economical project implementation.  

Based on our proven track record, we have an excellent relationship and established rapport with governmental regulatory/funding agencies ranging from the "Town and County" level to the State and Federal level.
