X-Gen Pharmaceuticals - Corporate HQ

Fagan Engineers provided civil design services for the X-Gen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. project in the Chemung County Airport Corporate Park .  This project included:

  • Performed outboundary, topographic and wetland surveys for the project parcels.

  • Developed conceptual plans to determine feasibility and maximum developable options.

  • Prepared site, utility and grading plans in accordance with Town of Big Flats Zoning Law .

  • Completed all SEQR documentation including Environmental Assessment Forms, Drainage and Traffic Studies.

  • Presented project and provided coordination with all regulatory agencies including Big Flats Planning Board, NYSDEC, and Chemung County Health Department.

  • Received Final Approval for the 55,000 sf manufacturing/office facility and Preliminary Approval for a future Phase 2 consisting of and additional 45,000 sf.

  • Developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and obtained SPDES Permit (GP-02-01).

  • Provided limited construction inspection services.
